Let's meet upGetting acquainted
After a first exchange by telephone which will enable me to know the date, the location, the number of guests and the budget of your beautiful project, we will schedule to meet in order to get to know each other and learn more about your needs and wishes.
If you want to pursue the adventure with me by your side to organize your wedding, after this first meeting, we will establish together a contract to define my mission.
A controlled budget
A second meeting (face to face or virtual) will enable me to present a unique customized project book, along with the associated budget. The latter will be followed all along of the preparations to guarantee a total control of the expenses.
Putting some sparkle and shine in your eyes
I select the venues and different service providers that meet your project’s requirements, your criteria and your personality (creators of invitations and stationery, photograph, videographer, caterer, florist, dj, etc) I will submit a certain number of providers but the final choice is yours. For a total transparency, you will pay each provider directly without intermediaries.
A personalized service
I am present at each meeting and appointment (even for your fittings if you wish me to be there), our conversations and exchanges are unlimited, you have access 24/7 to a modifiable shared folder, I establish a general planning for the whole organization and a customized one for the special day, I submit original ideas to surprise your guests and personalize your wedding because every detail counts!
Time to be the center of the party!
When the special day arrives (sooner than you may think!), I am present from the preparations until the dessert to coordinate the different providers, welcome and guide your guests, organize the eventual surprises your loved ones may have prepared, manage and keep track of the day’s schedule as well as solve the unexpected. All of this will be carried out with utmost discretion so that you can fully live a serene and perfect wedding, soak up the magic, share the unique and unforgettable moments that the day will bring while being the center of the party!
What's next ... ?
I debrief with your vendors of their services on your wedding day. I close the payements’ schedule and check that the last invoices have been settled.
I will then collect your testimonials.
Finally, I receive your sublime pictures / videos (which always move me so much!!)
